Hello, My Name is Mani. (Adopted April 2021)
I am Mani. I am the embodiment of grace, strength, and intelligence. I was rescued from a Premarin farm in Manitoba (hence my name) as a baby. I lived my life as a pet until my owner’s health made it impossible to continue caring for me. I came to the rescue a wee bit overweight with little to no training. The volunteers at CDHR corrected my diet and taught me about manners. The mares in my paddock taught me how a horse is supposed to behave. I have a lot of confidence and have started under saddle with my trainer, who thinks I’m one of the smartest horse’s she’s worked with. I’m pretty proud of that compliment. I would love a human to adopt me that likes to be active so we can get out and do things together!
